what is the best 'ready to run' free remote support tool w/UAC & Safe Mode reboot ?

I do occasional remote support sessions but not enough to justify purchase of software over 50 bucks. I'm willing to buy but not teamviewer type prices for just occasional support.

Any suggestions on the best free or low cost tools with UAC and remote safemode reboot support?

I use VNC It's very small and easy to install.

I just installed Supremo and its seems pretty good, any other opinions on it?
