Back when Windows 7 was being developed, I tried the Beta, Technical Preview, and Release Candidate if they were called that. Suffice it to say, I tried it about three (3) times prior to its release.
Back then I did a clean install each time, but since Late 2009, I have NOT clean installed Windows...
Ironically, I have replaced the entire computer piece by piece including going from Nvidia 3 x 250 GB in RAID 5 to 2 x 1 TB in RAID 1... Sysprepped to swap in a new motherboard /ram/processor...
At some point had a Hard disk failure and replaced each disk one at a time, Video Card was an 8800GT and it failed at some point - replaced it... Power Supply begun acting funky, so I replaced it.
Suffice it to say it has been six (6) years since doing a clean OS install, and I am ready. Will I be able to with my free copy of Windows 10 when it is released in a couple months?
