Explain this to me:
"Each Concurrent Session License allows a single active session at a time. Purchase as many licenses as potential active sessions"
Does this mean that $275 is for a technician to be connected to 1 computer at a time? so if I want to connect to two customers at a time then it's $550?
Then after 1 year if I want to upgrade it's going to cost me $110? (based on paying $550 to start with and getting the 80% credit.
Do not understand the pricing after that...i.e. 2 years from purhcase what is the cost for the new releass and product support?
On your cost calculator page you have ScreenConnect for $825 for "3 concurrent sessions" and then $825 over 3 years and $825 over 5 years...I do not see how that is possible based on the above question for upgrade support packages.
