I am troubleshooting a Samsung tab for one of my customers, thinking it was a software issue, but I have a feeling it's not.
I've re-installed the OS, cleared the cache and all the basic stuff, however it still restarts during startup. However, what is stranger to me, is that it takes much longer for the tablet to restart when connected to power. On battery it restarts before the Samsung logo shows up, on power it goes past the Samsung logo and starts launching the apps.
Anyone happens to know or understand what the issue could be?
