It's probably better for those with slow internet(I have 55mb dl) but the beauty of it is you can leave it to reboot and carry on installing the updates allowing you to go out and do calls.

I don't do Iphone repairs, it's just when I'm onsite doing laptop/internet issues etc I'm asked if I know about iPhones/iPads email, AirPrint that sort of thing. It pays me to be up to speed with them.

Looks like a fault situation if the light on the charger goes off when plugged in to the dc socket. Assuming the charger is ok there is a fault condition and the power supply is shutting off in protection mode. Try also without the battery in as I've seen a faulty battery cause a problem. I...

I know some internet providers track your usage but I'm looking for a standalone free program to track usage. I have a new elderly client that wants me to see why he has going over his 10GB monthly bandwidth. I've never has a call like this but it got me thinking of how to track per computer...

When I started out I called it HOB I T and pronounced it that way but when I got calls they called me Hobit as one word so I just went with it. It's easy to remember and they can Google it easily.

I actually wanted that when I started out but the Habit.co.uk domain had gone but the Hobit.co.uk domain was available :)

Funny you say that, I often get asked if The Hobbit influenced the name. I've never seen a Hobbit film.
