Scottish Pulling a Quebec

Whereas those of us in the US, who got our Independence in 1776, might see this a bit differently. Some might think it worked out rather well for us.

I heard Nessie said Yessie!

Although some reports claim Nessie defected to south of the border.

from a Scottish point of view, I can't wait for it to be over no matter what is decided.

I know Canada and Australia say we should separate but here are the problems I see

Independence is unknown and a lot has been threatened from price hikes to currency problems

Staying together, sorry but Boris opened his big mouth as did some other MP's saying they will punish Scotland for the referendum

I think we will vote for independence mainly due to Boris and a more passionate yes voters

I must say it doesn't sound like Salmonds lot have thought the finances through properly and are leaving a lot up to chance. Not sure it's a risk I'd go for if I were Scottish.

I think you meant to say "Quebec," rather than Canada. I don't think Canadians as a whole would like to see Scotland separate. I certainly wouldn't, not that it matters. It's your decision (and consequences).

Same here. I'm sick of hearing about it, and I don't even watch TV or the news; it must be worse for those living in Scotworld.

I've nothing against Scotland or Scotlanders (quite the contrary in fact; I'm rather fond of both) but, if I'm completely honest, I couldn't give a [insert preferred 4-letter expletive here] what the outcome is.

Same here. Whatever the outcome was to be, Cameron and others sold their soul in desperation in the lead up to the vote. Scotland will be winners, just waiting for NI and Wales to jump on the bandwagon.

Just get it over and done with...

Although, Irn Bru and scotch eggs would look strange on the foreign foods isle in Tesco!!

Yes that's the final answer. But but I think they now get devo max.

Not if Boris get his way. Salmond blew it (herd he resigned) because all he gave was fluff but now some are going back on their devo max promise and boris wants to punish Scotland for the vote.

Now to get on with things and maybe get some potential suppliers to call me back
