after all firedog said, i still dont see how he could expect someone to advise their clients to use the product when in a half a year from now the company could screw them up, as they have been known to do in the past.
especialy since there are better products out there with good reputations that havn't screwed their clients EVER!!!!.
as for your point on helping a customer who has the product, ofcourse you gotta help them even if its norton 360, but the best help for them in that case (360) is to say "go get yourself something better".
