Existing customers are grandfathered in, but if you didn't buy it already then now you get to choose between their "Basic" and "Plus" pricing - which no longer have the "Unlimited" tier, and which are MUCH more expensive now if I remember the old pricing correctly. Now the "Plus" tier that includes file transfer and a few other useful features is $299/year for 25 computers.

Makes me wish I'd gone ahead and sunk a few dollars into subscribing earlier in the year to set it up as a backup option to MSPAnywhere.

Been using it for almost a year now. Switched my RMM to Panorama9 which includes ScreenConnect, but I'll likely hang on to the Splashtop account as a backup.

I looked at Splashtop. I think I will stay with Techinline. I get all the features of Splashtops Pro plan plus 150 unattended computers for the same price.

I really wanted to like Splashtop but they took forever to implement Remote Reboot. I jumped on AnyDesk and it has been great for me. Speeds are just as good if not better than Teamviewer.
