picked this little vice up at lowes a couple weeks ago. Man this thing is fantastic and a huge help. I think it was about $45. The suction cup actually works great and very strong.

Very flexible and really helps if you do dc jacks

hrm, if you seriously paid $45 you got ripped off. The website has it for $22 lol.

I am trying to find something similar at Home Depot as it is closer to me.

Yeah that thing is really only good for holding small items... the jacks, wires, fans to resolder leads on etc. I have one myself.

I saw one of those in Lowes the other day and thought about buying it. My worry was using it for motherboards that have small components near the edge and crushing them. Its worked ok for you so far?

it has rubber pads for a friendlier grip when needed
