I did some research and had no luck on finding this tool.

I paid someone remote support place to remote into my pc so I can see how they provide services. They remotely used some type of tool to run disk cleanup, malware/spyware removal, virus removal, and registry check. Once they disconnected from my remote session the tool disappeared with the remote login program they used.

Any ideas of a program like that?

I don't want to sound like and ass but have you bothered to read any of the posts in the Remote Support forum that you posted this post in? You don't even have to search since this forum is about remote support almost all threads in it are about remote support.

Seriously ?

Check your machine for a piece of string. If you follow it out if your room,, down the hall, across the street and into a neighbouring building, it will lead you to that remote support operator banging out machine code onto the attached baked bean Tin. .

For pity's sake, large, sizeable chunks of the forum are devoted to nothing else.

Uh, what if there is more than one piece of string?
Should I follow them all or is there a better way...

Maybe I should use the search button. Wonder what that does. Perhaps then I may find an answer or 2...hundred.

Maybe my old girlfriend Google can help you. She and I have spent some long nights together. By the way she's free!
Try this http://bit.ly/SOjnGM hopefully its easy enough to follow, be careful though, you may find WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR!

But if you want to pay some additional money to find out....let me know :D

Sorry I couldn't resist!

Can you tell us who you used?
What condition was your pc in before you called them? Recently cleaned, infected, just normally used condition?

How do you think they did? Good job, Total BS, tried to upsell?

Interesting that you offer it on your site yet have no idea what a remote tool is?

Methinks you need to research properly this time! Heck off top of my head I can name 5 decent ones ranging from free to paid that any tech offering this type of service should know

Unless I'm mistaken, he's looking for the automated tool rather than the remote access software.
