Acer E1-432P touch screen not working after spring update win 10

Anyone able to get this fixed seems the spring update killed touch screens on some laptops tried the usual troubleshooter, disable touch screen /re enable nothing works?.

Go to Acer website and download Windows 7 drivers or Windows 10 if available. Found many Win 7 drivers will work. Just trial and error.

There are no drivers listed for touch screen in any OS.

Touch screen driver could be rolled into another driver and not be very intuitive on what it is.
I had that occur recently that used an Intel driver for touch, but the driver didn't actually have touch in the name, or anything related to it. Can't remember what that was...

Perhaps try SDIO?

I tried snappy driver installer it installed new driver but no luck it still did not work after a few restarts.
tried also turning of signed driver enforcement still no luck.

Not sure if you have resolved this but it may be worth trying to install the Windows 8.1 VGA and chipset drivers
