what retina displays to stock?

We are going to start stocking retina displays of the more common ones. I was thinking we would stock the 3 units used for all 13" models prior to 2016: (2012-2013),(2013-2015),(2015). I am hesitant to stock the 15" as they are a lot less common. What models do you guys stock, what do you find are the most common? What do you guys pay for a unit? Feel free to send me a text or post your supplier in this thread.

We decided to work with the company agirepair. They will install new lcds in old shells for $299. This includes free shipping both ways. This also includes a one year warranty. We can still sell the lcds as NEW, just let the client know the case including the camera is not new. We are stocking two 15" models , one will cover the 2012 retina to 2014 retina, and the other will cover the 2015 retina. For the 13" retina, we will stock three screens to cover all of the 2012 to 2015 retina models. It is a big investment, but will return itself quickly. Besides having the ability to charge top dollar for same day screen repair, we will have the screens available to troubleshoot repairs if needed. I am thinking we will charge $650 for the 13" and 699 for the 15". Plus we will probably get an additional $50 expedited repair fee for same day service on half of them.

On a side note, they will do the 2016-2017 models for $449. For now we will not stock them.

Thanks for the info. My main concern for non-generic Apple parts is whether they are culls or new generics. It's great that this vendor is providing a warranty so I'd guess they must be new generics.
