What is Your Businesses Services/Software Stack?

Something that would be great for all members to know is what is the collection of software and services that you use TOGETHER to run your business?

There are tons of options out there, but its really good to know what plays well with what. For example, one business may use Repairshopr, which integrates with the credit card handler 2Checkout. Repairshopr also supports their label printer, barcode scanner and exports well to Quickbooks.

The goal here is to help others with choosing items for their stack and great to see what others are running.
For example, if someone is using RepairShopr and is looking for a label printer. They can see that most people here who are using RepairShopr tend to use the Dynamo X1000 label printer.

So what is your services/software stack? What integrates with what?

For example:
Country: USA (because some options arent available in certain countries)
CRM: RepairShopr
Credit card handling: 2Checkout
Label Printing: Dynamo X1000
Barcode Scanner: Barcodo9000
Invoicing: Quickbooks
Email marketing: Mailchimp
Remote Access: etc...

It doesnt have to be these, you can add more/different software/services, different categories. Basically, whatever you use to run your business.

How does gocardless work with invoices? I thought it was for direct debits only. I'm looking for an online portal where goes can go and pay online with their debit/credit card and an invoice number. I came close to just using Gumroad so customers could purchase their annual plan, but it charges their card in dollars which I didn't think would look very professional.

You can configure go cardless for just the one payment if you prefer Jonny.
