Toilet paper nowhere to be found

I have a good friend that is a manager for a grocery store. I called to ask him when he is planning to get the next shipment of disinfectant supplies in stock and if he could let me know ahead of time when they come in. It felt like I was setting up an undercover drug deal with him. I also feel like I would have to pay him directly in the backroom and sneak out the back door to avoid people seeing me with supplies. All for just disinfectant. It's crazy.
