" There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired. "
I get this intermittent message on a clients computer when opening PDF's files and it is nearly stumping me. I believe it is some sort of issue with Thunderbird because this never happened with outlook and I recently transitioned them from pirated Outlook to Thunderbird.
This issue never happened with Outlook.
The PDF opens fine when accessing it through the sent box via webmail from the person who sent it.
The PDF opens fine when accessing it through the inbox via webmail from the person who received it.
Only happens when opening the PDF directly through Thunderbird.
Computer is running XP SP3 + Microsoft security essentials.
Any thoughts?
