Let me guess, is this customer's name Diane Le....(I won't type the full name here)?
If so, she's already been here and is a really difficult customer you don't want to deal with. She's got an old cheap chinese phone with a very uncommon BGA-107 NAND chip. I carefully removed the chip from the phone, but when I saw the pin configuration I had to tell her it's one that I don't have the equipment to handle and is not worth the $1000 investment I'd need to make to buy a custom adapter for this one case.
I told her where she could get the recovery done (as I do know one company that has this adapter already), but she doesn't seem to listen and has been going from place to place in the area thinking she's going to get a different answer.
