Odd Behavior

So, I have a customer using VirtualBox for an old app that only runs on XP. Its been running great since the Summer on Windows 10 without a hiccup. And of course, it's nearly the only thing he ever uses.

Today the customer calls me and says that it's not running. I log in and confirm. Try and launch from the Taskbar and nothing happens. Locate the executable and it's the same.

Try all the usual steps to get at least something out of it; suspend antivirus, remove updates that were installed last night, nothing. Other apps are launching without issue.

Only thing I've been able to get out of this is the error in the Event Viewer.

Any help is appreciated.

backup the VM (or move it to a safe place)... remove VB and reinstall... reintegrate the VM.... and what are the results?
