Anyone have a clean copy of:

?

A Customer has a very industry specific software that is calling for this...

I just figured out what the issues was!!!!!!! It's the Lync Add-On in IE. If you disable the add-on the error stops.

nice @phaZed - I checked that one out =) It is some embroidery software so this didn't apply.

@Tom_Sand - I was hoping to avoid a dll dump site... I couldn't find this dll on any of our W7 systems, so perhaps this isn't a core file (or, as some are suggesting, it is for W8 and up (which doesn't make sense given the software, but... )).

That spiceworks thread may be relevant - it may be using an embedded IE control for something, or may have some kind of click-to-call for support. I'd double-check IE on there, particularly if the user uses Chrome or Firefox instead.
