We're looking at AVG Managed Workplace during our review of RMM platforms. They just added ISL Online as their primary remote control tool. I've not see or heard of this. After a trial, I found it to be pretty decent. It does not have multi-monitor popout like LMI or Teamviewer but does support remote printing and file transfer. The speed does not seem that bad and has several display quality settings to choose from.

Has anyone used it recently? Thoughts?

First I have heard of the remote desktop portion (ISL), although, to read their website, they are just short of saying they practically invented remote desktop! (Perhaps Norton stole the idea from them in the 90's!)

The first pricing option, $145 for 500 minutes, seems almost....well, ludicrous comes to mind initially...
(the $3700+ annually is actually funny, IMO)

Now that I think about, I do recall having ISL Lite as part of Zenith when we started using Zenith back in 2007. It was more of a LMI Rescue style app back then with no unattended remote capability. So it would appear they have been around for some time. Pricing will not be a concern for me since it will be included in the RMM. I agree, the list pricing is egregious.

Hi, I'm Neja from ISL Online Headquarters. Just wanted to say a word about ISL Online's pricing, which is actually publicly available on our website. The software is priced per concurrent connection - that is the number of sessions active at the same time, $469 for one concurrent connection per year to be precise, 2 x $469 for two, with bulk discounts starting at three concurrent connections. There is no additional charge per technician, per workstation, per host, per client or any other costs for that matter. Other than paying for the number of concurrent connections your company needs, you can use the software without other limits. More on ISL Online's pricing.
