[REQUEST] iPhone x lagging and freezing

Naturally problem didn't exist when I got there
Did a hard restart anyway which seemed to fix issues

Client texted me lagging and freezing again
Told him go into Settings > General > Accessibility > Increase Contrast > REDUCE TRANSPARENCY: ON

No weird apps

Any other advice on this?

IOS 13 has been buggy as hell but make sure that you are fully updated 13.2.3 seems much more stable.

did the client restore any iTunes (finder in Catalina) backup? if so, and if the issue is with the iOS, tell your customer to use the iPhone restored with only the iCloud backup, see if the issue persists, if so recomend your customer a CAAA for more in-depth analysis

My business iPhone, and 8, has been pretty cranky since 13. Finally doing the latest update. If the update doesn't work I'll do a N&P.

Same symptoms. Things like the dialer hangs if it's not been rebooted recently.

It's up in the air if the 13.2.3 update fixed things. Dialer still misbehaving as well as email. So if it continues I guess it'll be a N&P when I have time this weekend.
