I have a Samsung Sdr-c5300 16ch DVD set c5300 (sdh-5100) security camera set, I use iPOLIS app to connect to these cameras. The problem I am having is one iPhone 12pro max on AT&T cell phone will not connect to these cameras when on the mobile at&t cell phone network but if I use this phone on any wifi network it will connect. I have tried another iPhone 12 pro that is on the AT&T network and it connects, I verified that all the settings and ios versions are both the same, no VPN or any firewall software on the phone, the phone is pretty clean the user is an older guy that doesn't do much on his phone. I tested connecting to these cameras with other devices on other cell phone networks with no problems. I am not sure what direction to go down to fix this, the camera's on a small network no firewall or anything that would be blocking any connections to the cameras. Any suggestions?
