Im trying to setup remote support for my business the problem is the features. Can anyone recommend anything based on these features:
Reboot in safe mode
file transfer
unattended support
Important- the ability for any technician to access any customer (something gotoassist cant do and it really angers me lol) Thats the only problem im having with gotoassist if i have a customer with my log-in credentials another one of my technicians cant access that customer since there is not a way to merge licenses
