Hi guys,

Have any of you comes across the following situation?

Email sent to boss using Exchange, read receipts turned on.
Exchange says the email was delivered about 20 seconds later,
but no email in the boses inbox.

AV turned off
Spam filter turned off
No filter/organiser rules turned on

I haven't found anything on the net, and this is a freebie for the guy who called.

Figure this out?

So the email is internal, not going to another E-mail server correct?

Did you check under Exchange System Manager -> Message Tracking Center??
 
There should be a service called Microsoft Exchange Information Store. make sure that service is started. Is the problem only with the bosses box or all users?
