Anybody have any experience with installing or using Disney Circle? I know almost nothing about it, and have a client that seems to have hosed their network with it.
 
I was just looking at the page, and if indeed they have a Circle Disney device or service, they must use a specific app version to manage it, it's a first gen product.

Also, be sure to visit https://support.meetcircle.com/hc/e...752-Router-Compatibility-and-Circle-Home-Plus to ensure the router they are using is supported, that possibly could cause issues if it's not compatible.

They have a pretty comprehensive support page at https://support.meetcircle.com/hc/en-us/categories/360002154491 so I'm sure the issue they are having is there.

Also, when you say hosed, could you be specific?
 
Have not been to the job site yet, so I really have no idea other than what they told me: they have no connectivity at all, and their network no longer shows up. Why they waited three weeks to call me about this is another mystery. Will check router compatibility issue.
