I have a client who is looking for a pretty basic CRM that integrates with their Outlook and on-premise exchange 2007.
They simply want to be able to have several people track what was the last communication with a particular client; to view the last sent email.
But it needs to be automatic, where it automatically groups / saves emails sent to a particular person or domain.
I know their exchange is old, but it runs perfectly & in order to get them onto a newer version, we'd have to upgrade their entire box as they're on SBS 2008....
What is out there?
