Apple IMac 27" stuck on white screen while trying to install new macos

Hey ,
I dont have alot of experience with Macs in general , i work as technician however , in the shop i work we got a few old Macs version and we are trying to install new versions or the lastest for specific Mac.

The issue is that the when i power on the Mac and hold ( ALT) for boot screen , the mouse shows up but the background is white, i searche on google but i cant find anything working.
If you had such experience how can i fix this ??

Well, I searched Google and I found lots of websites with tips on this exact issue. One of the first things as a Tech that you need to be able to do is research. That's how the majority of skills I have came from, researching problems, trying this, trying that.

Plus, when you do make posts like this, you are leaving out vital information. For example:

What peripherals are connected? What have you tried? Is this a customer machine? etc etc.

I agree that based on your post, it indeed sounds as though either you are not a technician, or you are so green that it hurts my eyes.
