Bought the $1,300 Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 monitor on Amazon, which is running a few days late.
The price is now $1,100.
Amazon won't give me the $200 difference back. Told them I would be returning the monitor and re-ordering it. $200 is a YUGE price difference.
Their response: "OK."
Is there any way to get them to just give me the $200 so I don't have to return the monitor? A special person I can talk to? It's so incredibly DUMB.
My friend (an Amazon seller) says:
"The nature of the beast of Amazon. Amazon is you pay, seller delivers. End transaction. They want minimal to no seller-buyer contact and extras going on. It is better and more Amazon friendly for sellers to have to do that way"
In other words: absolutely not. Oh HELLLL no!!! Send that b!itch back lol. Waste Amazon's resources. They don't give a sh!t. And risk getting my account banned for excessive returns.
I want that $200 !!!
Preferably the easy way lol.
Edit: talked to an actual person on the phone. No dice. Send 'er back.
