Where to download Windows Updates

Hello,

I am looking to create a cd for my business use to use on customers computers. Can anyone tell me or give me a link to where I can download the Microsoft Windows updates from that I can burn onto a CD? I know I can get them from the Microsoft website but I can not find a version that will allow me to save the complete update to a cd.
