with teamviewer does the other person have to have teamviewer installed to use it?
No kidding. I did the trial of LMIR but only had one remote during that timeNobody mentioned, but i use Ammyy Admin. 19/mo for one license. I would have LogMeIn Rescue if I could afford it...
No, there is a quick support exe that is portable and can be quickly downloaded and run by the user.with teamviewer does the other person have to have teamviewer installed to use it?
For which ones? It's all different given the product. How do licenses work for these systems?
I am just a single-person shop. Does that mean I just need a single user license or do I need to purchase seats for each of my customers?
Bear in mind that TeamViewer is not free for commercial purposes.
LogMeIn Free, as far as I know, can be and would work well for a small business once set up.
We are using Teamviewer. It is quite good.

LMI is free for business but you can only have like 25 computers on your account (but there is no limit to how many accounts you make)
TV I find is better just because you can transfer files to the clients computer (looks more professional then going to a web site and downloading it from there)
I have over 50 PC's with LMI Free on my account.
I didn't realise Crossloop Pro was only $99/yr. That's pretty cheap.
How good is it compared to the others, say LogMeIn, TeamViewer or InstantHousecall?
