Hi All,

I'm looking to transfer my signature documents (contracts, etc.) to my ipad for my computer business. Could you recommend a doc to pdf converter software?

I found plenty here for pdf to doc conversion, but not the other way around.

Thanks in advance TN'ers!!

If you don't have a version of Microsoft Office that has the Save AS: PDF function, I would suggest Win2PDF.

Fairly cheap for commercial use.

+1 for MS Office save as PDF function. I also use CutePDF, it is a PDF printer so it works with a lot of programs, plus it is free for commercial use.

Does it add any markings or anything?

Just curious ... you never know when something like that might come in handy.

I use DOpdf, same thing its a pdf printer and works with anything that has a print option. Its free and leaves no water marks or anything.

PDFCreator - free for private and commercial use. No watermarks. I compared several PDF writers and found this one produced the best output (smallest files, fewest anomalies) for my needs, which was publishing a community newsletter with mainly text but lots of graphics of various types.

I have used this one with good results as it prints in PDF/A format, but have set up MS Word to do the same thing.

as dbdawn said CutePDF is a great free tool, no watermarking on the pdfs it has worked on a couple of Word documents that the office 2007 Save as PDF has not kept the formatting as I wanted.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I went with MS Word file extension save/ change.

You all may be interested to know that I also use PDF Expert on my Ipad for contract forms for signature that I can email to the client.
