What gadget are you treating yourself for Christmas?

I just ordered one of these. Cheap money over at Banggood.com. They are based in Hong Kong so I should definitely have it by next Christmas. Ordered it with a water cannon also...Should be fun!

I picked up a Pebble a couple of months ago. Pairing that up with a new Note 2 after my iPhone committed suicide (2hr bootup!?) makes for a nice combo. I'm surprised how many people have asked me about it.

I'm also going to teach myself to use Tasker and PebbleTasker to use the Pebble to control the phone.

Surprised, also, at this point, how little reference there's been to the Pebble on the forums. I might have been the first one on TN to have gotten one.

Its handy, on rare occasions it wont notify me of an email..uncertain what is causing that. I am using the beta3 2.0 software though.

LOL!!! I was joking with my Dad. He also got a ticket. Paid $100 for the chance at a privilege to pay the the State and Fed's close to $10k in taxes.

But the exhibit at the museum was awesome. First time I have seen signs where a museum says "we encourage picture taking". Along with the run of the mill race, etc cars they had Janice Joplin and Paul Newman's Porsche's. Very nice was to spend an afternoon.

Got a couple of dashboard cams. An HD one facing forward that can read license plates, and a cheaper one looking behind me. There's a lot of accident fraud in LA. Might be the best $250 I ever spend.

Or I might capture a nasty wreck so that I can sell the footage to True TV for who knows how much. If it's a celebrity getting in an accident that this could be worth REALLY big bucks!

Or maybe I'll capture a meteor shower, a UFO or who knows what!

Yes people here are getting them here in the UK especially with the Crash for Cash scams going on. The sort of thing that happens is a car in front of you brakes suddenly causing you to crash in the rear of their car. They feign all sorts of injuries like whiplash even saying there were people in the 'victim' car when they weren't. The cams are so cheap, I bought one just need to set it up.
