Well...what's the Fat Guy in the suit bringing you?

I LOVE watches :D but i've already asked for a smartwacth for my B-Day :p

I do as well. But I'm not a fan of all that electronic stuff.... LOL!!!! Got mine as a high school graduation gift and it's still chugging along fine 41 years later. Even after a couple of bad bicycle wrecks. Of course I do have to pay for a cleaning every few years as well and that's not cheap. My Dad still has one my Mom gave him back in 1956 which runs fine. Doubtful Apple, Google, whoever will be able to do that.

Fat guy in the suit brought me an out of control blood sugar in my diabetic son, bringing us within inches of spending the holiday in the ER, and depriving me of sleep for the last 4 nights.

So if you got something, and you had an awesome weekend, enjoy it twice for me please. It's not fun over here.

Also hoping nothing substantial breaks because I'm burning every brain cell I've got on the statistics I have to run to stabilize this boy!

I feel for you.
My late wife was Type 1 for 26 years and my (Step) Daughter has been type 1 since she was 5. She's now 26.
All through the High School years trying to keep her on track. Spent many nights beside her bed in hospital wishing she would take better care of herself! Now her brother, (Step Son) who is also Downs Syndrome has been diagnosed with Type 1.
Ketoacidosis and high blood sugar are never a good combination!

Nice watch :D regarding google, apple and others if the make a new phone every 6 months why should they make a watch that lasts longer than that? lolol

A second Dyson (mostly for cleaning up bunny messes...sigh), an ipad pro (the 10 inch one), and soon...I am hoping to build new custom computer. Current rig is over six years old and almost dies whenever I try to run Lightroom now. Didn't want to but also got a NAS this month since Crashplan abandoned us

I did the same - My Ipad 2 didn't cut it anymore. Perhaps something to do with Apple slowing it down ... LOL

Bought myself a Sony X900E 49" 4K TV. Will probably pick up a UHD player this weekend as I am anticipating a 4K movie or two as gifts on XMas.
Ended up getting 5(!) 4k movies for Christmas so I did have to go out and get myself a UHD player. Still waiting for a better method of ripping UHD so I can add them to my media center and can just stream from from a NAS. Until then I will have to just use disks every time I want to watch them, like a 4K caveman.

Yeah, I'm not happy with them. Got an iPad 2. Just got to the point it would not run. Only some 4-5 years old, paid $600 for it.
