Hey, I found a great Alt + Tab alternative to the default one installed in Vista via LifeHacker.
It's called Vista Switcher
Also, just because it's called Vista Switcher doesn't mean it's a Vista exclusive. It works on Windows XP, Vista and 7 and comes in 32-Bit and 64-Bit flavors. Most important of all is that it's free for any use- commercial, enterprise, personal anything!
It's a VERY fantastic alternative to the default ALT+TAB viewer since it only shows one very nice big window at a time. I didn't test it on Aero mode yet though.
