Vista - Task Manager Memory shows wrong amount?

Hey, people, while recently trying to shut down a stuck process on my Vista-based laptop, here's what it outputs as memory usage (click to expand):



After checking the performance tab of WTM, memory usage is fairly normal (for a Vista machine). Checking with Process Hacker, it displays normal memory usage for all processes.

Has anyone encountered anything like this? A possible virus infection? I do intend to AV scan the machine using an Ubuntu CD with ClamAV at a point.
