I bet they keep address records and limit the number of repairs per address.
I will send one to them next time I get a mobo/hdd issue where the client can wait a week for the repair.
If they get good pricing on mobo's they might end up breaking even on replacements, and making decent profit on the screen invertors etc.
Will do, wont be this week, I'm away visiting family till next Monday.
As for the limiting, maybe but as its fixed pricing, what are they limiting?
I dont think they would. All they could do is return any that is going to be a loss for them. But that I think they will absorb initially to get their service out that they are great and fix nearly all sent to them. Slowly price will creep up.
