Hi everyone,
I am looking for a strategy to track the cost of quality management in my company. Is there any way to automate the processes like tracking administrative costs, employee costs, inventory management costs, etc and generating the reports for the same. At our company, all these processes are performed manually, which require extra resources. We are thinking about purchasing a QMS like software that can automate these processes and provide daily reports. One of our technical consultant suggested Unipoint quality management software. But currently we are unable to purchase such a big software. Is there any cheap alternatives to this? Please share your suggestions.
