Pretty good, with a few small changes.
Under "Need Support?", The Download Teamviewer button is as big as the Contact Tech Support one. I can see people clicking the TeamviewerQS one and going "Now what?". You want them to call you first, and THEN you can direct them to Teamviewer. Id make it a small button at the bottom or something.
On the support page: "Please create a ticket below to get your problem resolved!"
While it obviously goes to a ticketing system, I dont like the wording. It sounds like: "Here, take a ticket, your a number, not a person".
There are also 3 forms on the contact page, a normal Wordpress contact form, a login form and a ticket form. You generally want ONE call to action, a simple contact form is best. Also have the phone number on the simple form since their email may be whats wrong and its the only way for you to return the message.
eCommerce store setups on these types of sites generally dont work. Either the customer is confident enough to buy that sort of stuff on Amazon, or they arent and they need you to sell it to them. It just adds more confusion on what you want them to do.
