This thread is locked because you are hurting yourself by exchanging likes. Facebook only allows you to access 10% of the total "people who have liked your page" for free. Technibble has 2894 likes on its page yet I can only reach 289-ish of you for free. This is one of the reasons why I encourage email address collection.
The problem with liking eachothers page is that you dilute that total 10% with people who wont convert (other technicians). Keep your Facebook likes customers only, dont get seduced by vanity metrics.

I know being new to the forums gives one limited credibility, so I will keep the idea short. I asked bryce if we could possibly make a sticky in the forums with links to people's social media pages/accounts, he responded with "make a forum thread and see if it gets traction".
I heard the more likes you have on your Facebook moves you up in the ranking on Bing. So hopefully we can make 7-8 pages of links to peoples sites, it would make it not only easier to add people on those, but it would be a lot more time efficient.
