It's a hot mess...

27 employees and its hard to get them to post..

The heartblead article was good, but then..

I had a customer say that she would have some models come by and pose like real life customers..

Here is the result...

From looking at successful social media efforts. I'd say your problem is too many cooks in the kitchen. you should probably tap one person + a backup. and make that part of their job duties. get your other staff to contribute but ultimately the planning and execution is on that one person. Also the lesson I have learned is that Social Media != tech.
 
I agree.

If you want to try to make it everyone's responsibility, schedule in time so that there is one different person doing it every day or every two days.

That means everyone only has to do one a month, and you can have it managed by one major person who nudges people when it's their turn and chases up when it's not done.
