I continue to watch customer after customer struggle with the UI on Skype Preview. It is terrible to a 1st timer. Totally non-intuitive. Makes absolutely no sense to anyone without a steep (but short) learning curve. I'm an infrequent Skype user and I'm basically no help other than to get the thing up and running. (...and yes I need to improve my skills on Skype so I can teach....)
