ScreenConnect or Remote Support System?

I've tested SC and have issues with it freezing and dropping connection. I tried both hosting my self, and on a Windows based VPS and have had issues on both.

We've never had any reports of this. While I can imagine this possibly with a poor network connection, other products would exhibit the same issues. If you're still interested in SC, you should give our support line a call. They'll figure it out.
 
RSS allows the user to input payment options up front and emails an invoice to the customer after the support call has been completed. Do the others do this as well? That was the two things that made me look at RSS in the beginning. I still haven't decided which one to go with.

Unfortunately ScreenConnect does not do this by default. If you know a bit of web programming though, it would be easy to ask for that in a web form and then redirect to the remote support connection site afterwords.
 
Just an FYI Part 2 of the interview with Jeff was released a few days ago. One of the things I like about ScreenConnect is the ability to rebrand it for your own business. I could do that with RSS too, but ScreenConnect offers more latitude.
