Not quite as small (~9 MB) as some, not as easy to use as Teamviewer or Ammyy, but, free for business use up to 10 PCs....
Seemed to work 'ok', as in, worked my first attempt, albeit perhaps a bit of 'lag', which is odd in light of my using a virtual box in the same laptop, and the makers' claiming 'direct connect'/no servers...; in fact, it seemed the slowest of all the remote desktop utilities I've tested, but still useable to be sure. As all 10 free-version PCs (viewer plus servers) must be linked to a license holder, this program might have limited utility for a repair tech, but, it could be given away to SMB client as a favor I guess, in light of the license restrictions (all PCs must be linked to main 'license holder' PC, it seems)
As for security, the client can be setup with a password at initial install, so there appears to be no potential initial install vulnerabilities...
