Several times it was suggested to check logs; To make is much easyer, there is a program called Who Crashed, that you can install. However you have to make sure windows is saving the logs.

There is the event viewer but its much better to use Who Crashed because it will attempt to find the issue or driver that's the problem, and offer some suggestions...
