processes

hi, im new here though i have a good understanding of computers so you shouldnt have to dumb it down.
anyway, when i go into task manager i have alot of processes here they are:
spoolsv
sqlwriter
svchost (X4)
sqlserver
mdm
lsass
services
winlogon
csrss
smss
igfxtray
hkcmd
igfxtray
what can i end? they were the only ones that i didnt put there, in total i have 39 processes because theres some i didnt list i find it suspicious because avg is also reporting that its missing mfc71.dll ids missing can you please suggest something,

39 processes really isn't that many. My laptop has around 80 at any given time. Thats a lot but I can't end any of them. Thought at a quick glance, you probably don't need two version of igfxtray running.
