My blood pressure monitor uses a 6V 600 milliamp AC adapter.
It also can use 4 x AAA batteries when not plugged in to the AC adapter.
Recently, the AC adapter failed (it's out of warranty) and a replacement from the manufacture is $98 + $12.95 postage.
I think this is exorbitant!
I have an AC adapter of the same voltage but the amperage is slightly higher. It is 6V 800 milliamp.
So, my question is, can I use this adapter or will it damage the device?
Thanks
