Outlook Anywhere asking for password

Got a client site using Outlook Anywhere to connect to hosted exchange. One of the users Outlook keeps asking for a password - like every 1/2 an hour or so. Ticking remember these details box makes no difference.

Any idea why this would happen?

Win 7 machine. Outlook 2007. Hosted Exchange 2010

I should add that it's just one machine in the office. The same user logged onto another machine is fine and all the other users are fine on their machines.

Office 2007 was buggy and had many patches 'n bug fixes, as well as being one of the worse versions of Office in a long time,....have those been applied?

If answer to above is "Yes"....next thing I'd do is rebuild the profile. Assuming this is a "Pro" machine that is configured to log into the domain properly?
