I need the scale to know how large the property is before I could propose a solution.
That said, the ultimate answer is going to be underground conduit to carry power and network to a location within 100 meters of the outdoor-rated access-points.
That said no network run can exceed 100 m on network cable. You would need to use the orange multi-mode 62.5/125 fiber for 220m or the aqua (like my avatar) for 550 m.
At the source, the house, you would need a switch and an SX fiber module... Would need another at the location you are going to distribute access points. Only this switch needs to also have POE.
Honestly, I cannot think of a reasonable way to do this without conduit, power feeds, fiber, transceivers, outdoor access points, and POE switches.
This is NOT going to be cheap.
