Good Morning Everyone... We are having some problems with our fax machine not sending big size faxes (more than 30 pages).. I know it depends on the content but usually when its above 25-30 pages is when have problems sending it. It seems to work fine when we send small packets. What is weird is that when i started working here we were able to send the same amount of pages we are having problems currently and no fax settings were changed (or so I was told by the staff here)
Is it possible for a fax to have a receiving limit that you can set in the settings? ? I've gone through all the settings on our fax and could not find a "sending limit" .
Our fax/printer is a Kyocera Taskalfa 500ci.
