Nova Backup - CANNOT import media from CD/DVD

I have Nova Backup v11. I love this software. But, somehow I cannot import media, a backup file to the media catalog ONLY FROM CD OR DVD!!! I have tried doing it on three computers and it is the same thing.

Does anyone of you had the same problem? Maybe I am just missing something.
