New screen on Windows 11 install?

I think the three of us are having nightmares. Ww installed Windows 11 on two notebooks this morning with a fresh Windows 11 ISO.
They came up with a really different screen.

Has anyone else seen these lately? Especially the bottom part of the screen.

I've seen this multiple times now. It's been "the usual" for a couple of months now (if memory serves).

Microsoft is just doing something pretty normal and doing a "preview carousel" while the Windows 11 installer is doing its thing.
 
That looks like Microsoft's forced update if you connect to the internet during setup, and it's really obnoxious. I've seen it take up to an hour, and there's no way I've seen to skip it and tell it to update after you have the system set up. Apple does the same thing (offers an OS update on setup) but at least gives you the option to postpone until after you've reached the desktop.
